Order processing times:
Processing times are currently 1 - 4 working days unless otherwise stated. We will be in touch by email or telephone if your order will take longer to process.
Please note this is before courier shipping times - see below for details.
Delivery charges:
We are pleased to announce that all UK shipping now comes with tracking and all international shipments are sent either tracked, signed for or both location depending.
Delivery charges are calculated on the weight and size of the item for all locations.

Express shipping will be sent tracked - please note during busy periods this can take up to 25 working days from dispatch. During normal processing periods this will arrive much sooner.

International custom fees and taxes
Our store does not charge duty or taxes on your orders with the exception of the USA; these will therefore need to be paid at your destination by you, the customer. If the relevant governing body require you to do so; they will get in touch with you directly.
For the USA only - orders will be sent with delivery duty prepaid. Sales Tax will not be pre paid so this may still be payable.
